Recent Convert feeling lost... I'm a fallen angel. My halo is somewhat tarnished and rusted but there are bits that still shine. I am drawn to dark things. I probably should have been born in some post-apocalyptic, fantasy/steampunk world. I'd be the angel toting the sword larger than my body and the shotgun, wearing scuffed up leathers and leggings comprised of an ungodly number of straps and buckles.

That's the short of it. I don't feel real...in place...in the church. I believe it, but don't feel like I belong or am accepted. IDK. It's hard to overlook one's past I suppose and I don't seem to fit the mormon girl mold. Tats and piercings, and occasional cursing. But I'm trying.
