I'm Melanie. I was born and raised in California, but I lived in Michigan for 7 years. So to me, that's my home. I just turned 23 on April 3rd, so that makes me an Aries. I work. I have 2 jobs. I'm certified in first aid and CPR. I got my Vocational Degree in Massage Therapy at NSMT 2 years ago. It's going to take me a while to get my certification though... I was baptized 1 year ago. Right now, I'm kinda inactive because I work so much, and cos I'm looking to join a different ward. It's a long story. What I'm really looking for is someone who is really devoted to God and puts him first over everything, like me. God and Jesus mean a lot to me. Without both of them, I'm nothing. I want a guy that will treat me right. I've been hurt too many times, and I don't think I deserve it. I've been single for a little over a year now, and I think it's time to start looking. I want a guy that's a gentleman. Maybe I'm old fashion for saying I like guys that hold the door for their girl, and buy them roses just cos and spoils them. But that's what I like. I think it's cute cos guys show affection that way. I'm not thin, but I'm working on it. I want someone that will accept me for who I am, and won't go out of their way to change me. I just want what everyone wants. I want my first marriage to be my one and only marriage. I want to be sealed away in the Temple with my future husband for all eternity. When I think of the Temple or when I'm at the Temple, I think of how comforting and peaceful it is there. So if you're looking for what I'm looking for, talk to me. I'm a sweetheart, but at the same time I'm honest. It's better to give a real opinion instead of sugarcoating it. I can be a little socially awkward at first, but it's cos I'm not warming up to you yet. I want a man that's 100% trustworthy. I hate liars. I want someone that I don't have to worry about when I'm not around them. I can be a little rude at times, but I don't do it on purpose. But I'm easy to get along with
