I was married 15 + years, in the Bishopric, and was surprised with a divorce. I served an LDS mission and worked with people with disabilities for 20+ years and still do. I am interested in being honest, not harming, the pain and joy of love. Protecting the small, sharing excess, honoring consent, uplifting the forgotten, giving safe refuge, reflecting before reacting, creating without shame, honoring death with grace, holding silence sacred, learning before instructing, protecting the future, Forgiveness, and really just being nice and mutually respectful.
I love when both sides are contributing and making a difference for each other. I help others develop life skills, so I am helpful around the house.
I am pretty spiritual and go to church every Sunday. At times, I may need time to pray and improve myself, but that’s how I work. I have been in a relationship where practicing spirituality was not so preferred. I respect others, but it’s so deeply rooted in me that it’s a priority.
Movies are fun, but I may just want to draw.
I promise FANTASTIC conversations. I’m interested in exploring, curiosity, listening, crying, finding peace, connecting, sharing, understanding, playing, mourning, and actually admiring sunsets.
One more thing. I was raised by my grandparents and I loved them so dearly. They are gone. I visit my mother and I love my family so much. Life is delicate like a flower and I so thankful for each day.
